No longer a newbie, moving up!
The tree intruding in the upper left corner of the image and the one pretending to be a radio antenna are distracting. You might try cloning them out. Same with the reflection of the light standard at the right rear wheel arch. There is a reflection in the rear side window that could be less noticeable.
Is that really the colour of that car? Seems a bit over-processed.
