#1 is sweet, the colors are nicely complementary, an aspect of composition many don't consider. The puddles of earthtones on the roof relate nicely to the walls in the courtyard.

#2 has nice colors and form. Something doesn't feel right though, and it makes me very uneasy. :scratch:

Take a look at it flipped vertically, so that horizontal yellow stripe at the bottom is at the top instead, after trying a few other orientations that eliminated my unease. Shrug.

How would you know? You are not the OP. It just seems it is missing structural element and does not look real. But I do love the photo. Maybe this is a wide angle lens and make everything seems interesting.

The only thing I don't like about #2 and the bottom yellow line, is I wish it was the same thickness of the vertical. But I accepted it for what it is with all the other varying line thicknesses.

This is a pretty tight crop, I wish I had my macro lens, but I can always go back and do it right, full frame. I want to go back and try more shots, because I got more ideas to do with them that I thought of later.

#2 is a fancy lamp post. Plexiglass and metal frame, lit up in the middle. All the little lines are spider webs on the inside.


I got back up on the Terminal Tower 46th floor outdoor observation deck. It was rainy, foggy, and hazy, so I didn't come away with anything worth while except for #1. *shrug* Ya' win some...

#2 was after, on the ground.
