2x telescope lens setup

i have a digital visions 2x telephoto lens 52mm thread for my nikon d 5000 dslr how do you put it on camera?

Looks like your shift key isn't working.

I replaced my keyboard just today.

I'll bet it's supposed to screw on the front of a lens that takes a 52 mm thread, like a 18-55 mm kit lens, or a 50 mm prime.
