No meter. Great lens.

Very flare resistant. Add the small K ring for semi wide close ups with excellent resolution.

Sorry for the late response. It's a old stack set of extension rings made by Nikon. The K1 ring is about 6mm and gives just enough extension for wide angle lenses. It's very dramatic on the FX/film but should perform very nicely on your D70 as well. Stacking the rest of the rings should give a nice extension to other longer lenses.
