Take it as "Wow, they are so good no one has anything bad to say!"

At least that's what I tell myself in similar situations. SOmetimes people just aren't turned on or cannot offer anything specific for improvement. For me the first pic is too soft on the model and she is getting big competition from the white side of the building in the background.

^ What he said! Summer is HOT.. very lovely! #2 and #3 .. nice... lovely detail and sharpness! #2 is gorgeous.. nice look in her eyes, nice lighting.. I even like the bangs in over her eyes! #1.. nice enough... just tired of the popular, slightly fuzzy, processed look.

50mm lens
ISO: 200
APERTURE: f/2.5
SHUTTER: 1/2000 of a second

Pic 2:
Nikon D90
55-200mm lens @ 200mm
ISO: 200
APERTURE: f/9
SHUTTER: 1/200 of a second
Key Light: 45 Degree angle 3 feet above model
Fill Light: Giant Softbox 8 feet from model in right front (bounced with reflector on left front)
Rim light: Tall Diffuser 6 feet from model in back right position.

Pic 2:
Nikon D90
55-200mm lens @ 100mm
ISO: 200
APERTURE: f/9
SHUTTER: 1/160 of a second
Key Light: Giant Softbox 8 feet from model in right front (bounced with reflector on left front)
Rim light: Tall Diffuser 6 feet from model in back right position.
