After looking at these image, i have a hard time looking at the difference to be honest,
I can just easily just make the original image brighter and give it vibrance. Tell me what u think.
Also what ISO setting should I use? I have a Canon Camera T3 Rebel
I used Photomatix and lightroom. Tell me what else do u think I should do to this HDR image.

Not a great image to use HDR with... You should be using 100 ISO on any landscape shots without a moving subject IMO. I think looking at old examples on this forum would be a good way to see what type of picture lends itself to HDR. There was one of a wooden covered bridge in the country that was great after HDR. Also you're trying to do single image HDR, I don't think it'll ever look as good as a 3-6 shot HDR image if both are done correctly.

So, what is the dynamic range of this image?

Or perhaps, what was the dynamic range of this scene?

What I'm trying to get at is, was bracketing essential in capturing the scenes luminescence? Your original looks like you captured the scene just fine without the need for bracketing or "HDR".

Try this, for your next attempt make sure its a nice bright day and try to take a photo of something in the shade and have the bright sky in the frame as well. You can then use bracketing or "HDR" to properly expose the sky, the subject in the shade and everything in between. Happy shooting.

The birdbath pic is fine but could use a bit of desaturating to tone down that brightness. Your waterall pic has really bad focus problems and cant be saved no matter what you do with it.

Could you please describe how you're bracketing your exposures?

i am bracketing with normal, -2 and +2
3 pics total, what do u suggest?

I treat each scene independently. Some may need just 2 or 3 frames. Some may need 15. There's no one-size-fits-all bracketing set.

its good to practice but you should just keep in your head not everything should be HDR'd when i started i was too anxious to HDR every photo i took.. but i realized what was a good batch and what was unnecessary just keep that in mind and practice practice practice... theres lots of tutorials on giving tips thru google try different things and develop you own style
