I like the image as I like people shots. She does have an interesting face. I like her soft skin and freckles. She seems to be in her own world with a lot going on around her, possibly on a cell phone?

She was on cell phone,but i have to crop otherwise will be to many distracting thing on photo.

Nice enough photo but I agree with what has already been said...

If you've got the 'phone in the photo, why not try for a portrait aspect which includes that, and then add a Gaussian blur layer to the background to reduce the distractions? I like this, but it feels like half an image to me.
