4X5 wooden Camera Kit

I have a 4X5 Wooden Camera Kit. It was made by Les Fader in the 1970's. It doesn't have a lens, but everything else is in great condition. Does anybody know anything about this, or any other wooden camera kits? Any information would be appreciated, thank you!!
