Im looking at the Tokina Model. I used a Nikon 80-400 last week for a little while to try it out and it seemed to be not to bad. What are the diffs between the lenses. I have read lots and lots a good reviews on the Tokina 80-400. Does anybody have one? Give me input and info if you have anything to offer. Thanks
I've got the 80-400mm AF VR Nikkor. Considering the range its a very good lens. I have not used the Tokina.
My Nikon lens ain't arrived yet. Cost me a bomb but gonna be well worth it. If your gonna spend the money get the Nikon. Quality > Anything else
You bought the Nikon 80-400 and you have a d5000..... You do realize you wont be able to Autofocus with that lens and camera.
Man, I don't know how I ever managed to make photographs before they invented AF and VR. Guess I was just lucky. :lmao:
