Can others edit my Photos
Photos NOT OK to edit
The other day I got home from work and was just looking at my hand being all busted up, and I thought it would be a cool picture. So, I went outside, grabbed some scrap wood and set up the shot. Just wondering what people think of it. ???

First time uploading a picture, some how managed to upload one and have a attachment.... oh well I guess.

The picture is good and I think the watermark advertisement works too.

I like the story in this one...great gritty feel. Theres a lot of space at the bottom, but I may not mind, in this case. It's hard to make a fair judgement with the HUGE WATERMARK through the center!!

Sorry about the watermark I just get all nervous about posting things online without them. I mean all it really takes is a 'Right click' and 'save picture as' to be gone.

Yeah, but the watermark doesn't really prevent that, as an increasing number of people have the photoshop skills to just clone that watermark right out. And in this case, it really, REALLY detracts from the photo to the point where I honestly cannot make a fair judgement about the impact of the photo. At least move the watermark down to the bottom where its visual impact wouldn't be so significant.

I *think* I like the photo, but I really am so distracted by the watermark that I'm not *seeing* the photo that well. Then again, I have Adult ADHD, so I'm easily distract....oh look, a shiny object....<wanders off>

If this is an advertisement for "St. Pierre" Hospital, they didn't select a confidence-building picture.

O.K., Bob, straight critique.

If the image was to imply the nail did the damage, it is missing the mark. (no pun)
The watermark is in the most important part of the photo.

Thanks for all the feedback, I will definatly move the watermark and repost. The nail in the picture wasn't exactly there to Imply it did the damage, more like... The damage was already done by doing this kind of work.

I think this message is conveyed pretty well. I gathered that without reading the words from you. Might make a good stock photo somewhere. I don't know where.

You should do a series of images with this theme and call up Home Depot....cha-ching!

After seeing it without the watermark, I find it too clean for me. Add some noise - a little grit. I think it will enhance the grittiness of the hand.

A little coloring on the nail to mimic blood and a tetnus shot and you will be ready to go.
