You have beautiful daughters - should we be thanking your wife?

From a pictorial point-of-view, the skin tones are a little hot, maybe by a half-stop or so, and the positioning of the head in the frame makes it look more like a passport picture. I'd suggest opening up a little empty space to your daughter's right and maybe a bit more above her head so that she is not so centrally positioned. The other thing is that her eyes are not really in sharp focus, and that diminishes your capture of her beauty.
