A canon RAW question...

So I have an Canon XSI. I am exploring the custom functions menu... does the things like long exp. noise reduction, or high ISO noise reduction, light optimizer... etc affect the RAW's that are saved, or just jpg's.

Should just be JPG files. RAW files are untouched.
