Can others edit my Photos
Photos OK to edit
Well firstly I'd like to say that these two photos are really old. Especially the first one.

The first one is of me when I was... 8 I think. I took it myself (well, set the stand up and timed it) and manip'd it last month. Not really happy with the results and please please please excuse the cheesy text, I was messing around with it and can't find the version without it. >.<

The second one is a picture I took last year of my 6 year old cousin in Longleat Zoo. I don't really like it, but it was quite fun to mess around with.

I'm really not that great at taking pictures of people, so any tips on how to improve would be well recieved.

Edit 1 - Someone asked me why I didn't like them, the main reason is because they seem to be a bit... messy. I'm a bit of a perfectionist.

You have pretty much told everyone that you don't like these pictures. Why don't YOU like them?
I'll comment after

Updated the first post.

1st one is a cute shot. I like how you added the flowers in the foreground, it really helps to show the depth of your shot. I'm not a huge fan of your PP choices, mostly the colors. I might also crop some of the empty space off the right side.

2nd......the PP is just not that good. The way you made it a negative has made the picture very distracting or "messy". I wouldn't mind seeing the original.......sometimes less is more.

Keep shooting!! And have fun!!

Thank you for your suggestions, mishele. (: I might have a dig around my files for the original.
