I agree with the others, her face is a tad red. If this red comes from the natural light, then seeing some of the scene context would help (window, wall .. whatever) .. but the way it is now, you have no point of reference for the colour of the light.

Her face looks a bit too smooth and her eyes a bit too artificial to be real. Maybe if you reduced whatever you did in postprocessing to 60%, it would work.

Thank you guys for the comments. Here is a small revision: (btw. her face does look that way, i didn't smooth it, i just corrected some of the highlights that were there because of the direct sun exposure)

I really like the second edit you posted, as others have said the first was a little over processed and it really lost the texture which, to my mind, really make a portrait such as this something more than a posed and framed model.
