2. don't think there is enough going on above the city to show the whole sky, would look better with that cropped out

2. Agreed with GreenJackson...I think you could try to bring out a bit more contrast in the sky though.
3. Ehh, I think you should've either made the whole city a silhouette or brighten it up all the way. Great clouds though.

In fact there are not enough mountains. There are lots of buildings in the foreground which I cropped them off.
