Although the setting is great, the composition is not. Also, it's a bit blurry. In my opinion, there's too many elements in the photo and everything is slightly angled to the left. If there was no cars, only the guy and the house, it would be excellent. As there are cars, I'd recommend square crop.

Thanks for your advice! here is another shot of the same guy this one he is a little closer in the frame, do you think this one is better or worse? $aSnow Storm Cars_3smaller.webp

I like the original. It does look a little blurry ? I'm guessing this was hand held, no tripod ? Doesn't kill the photo for me anyways. And I like the cars they add a sense of depth to the road and the crappy situation this guys finds himself walking in. Well done in my opinion.

Thanks! Yes this was done handheld and I think the main reason its blurry was because there was water on the lens.

I like the original. Well, I don't think the edit is an improvement at any rate - just different.
Actually, in the edit the person is too close to the edge of the frame and the composition feels off as a result.

The original shot needs something, but I can't say what exactly. I know - tremendously helpful ... ;)
Perhaps a different crop, but not the one suggested by Volunteer.

I love the original. The smallness of the man against the bigness of nature and the environment is important. You could crop a little off the right but not much.

Now that I look at my suggestion, I don't like it either. :D But hey... You have to see what doesn't look good to know what does. :D
