Can others edit my Photos
Photos OK to edit
Hi. I'm not a beginner at photography, but I'm still pretty fresh. (under a year) Here are some of my favorite pictures of people I've taken. I'm just looking for ways to improve and I think feed back from others is a good way. Please critique.

These pictures are from some trips I've taken and the people I've met or gone with.

Thanks.

Anything? Good? Bad? Completely unremarkable?

I like the first and second. They are all good in my opinion. Not spectacular, but good.

I think that the first one is fantastic! It really conveys a sense of jovial happiness.

Thanks.

What do you think I could do to help push closer to that line of great? How can I keep improving?

I usually don't make comments on postings with many images. Can be quite time consuming. But I will comment that you have very good composition in these images. Looks light lighting is the area you may need to work on a bit.

Thanks then. I'll try to keep them down to a few photos relating to specific questions.

How do I go about improving the lighting? Most (all) of these shots were either candid or split second stand ups ("quick, stand there!") so is it possible to set the camera better or can I improve them in Photoshop, or in my almost broke case, GIMP?
