A country church

A shot taken on a morning walk yesterday that passed the medieval church at Aswarby, Lincolnshire. The building includes a memorial to the explorer George Bass (who was born here in 1771). The straits separating the Australian mainland from Tasmania are named after him.

a little ominous & creepy... but I would still like to visit...

I really like the contrasts & shadows - good choice for B&W - just wouldn't be the same in color!
