A couple photos I took after I went to the Smokys

It was still early after I went to the Smokys this morning. I captured the moon from atop of a mountain in the Smokys. Then, later in the afternoon I saw this guy sitting in a pine tree in my back yard.

The bird is a bit soft and central but there's some decent detail in the moon. Nice to see a non full moon for a change too.

I agree with SF but regardless of the softness and it being central, it's still a nice capture of an awesome bird and I like the color. The moon shot is just beautiful. Good job!
