I love the second one, Excellent light balance
 
The second one is a sb900 through a umbrella camera left and sun behind her with spot metering on the camera. Spot metering and the d700 has completely changed how skin tones look in my pictures. I still feel it's a little red or orange in places but it's better than my previous work.
 
schwetty I went to your site, and I'm inspired by how you freeze your bride and motion blur the other people. How is this done if you do not mind telling. If I had to guess your either doing it in photoshop or telling your subjects to remain still and using a shutter speed of less than 1/60th


This is directed at anyone. Is they sky to blue or is that acceptable? also is the vignett fine or slide it back a little.
 
Seth, i got lucky with that one because it was an overcast day. You have to use ND filter if you want to do slow shutter. Just tell them to be still and tell everyone else move around.
