no they might be noisy from the high ISO however :mrgreen:

That was my first lens for my new D90, my 2nd was the 18-135mm/3.5-5.6.
+1 on lowering that ISO. Always try and keep the ISO as low as possible.
I mainly shoot Aperture Priority. Lowest possible iso, run the aperture open as far as possible (1.8) see what your shutter speed is,..if you have room and want more depth of field, then crank up the aperture some.

I have had the kit lens (18-55) that came with my camera for a year now and was more than ready. This was a great upgrade for me. I have a new EF 28-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS coming later next week. Looking forward to getting some use out of these
