A different perspective

I went down to the river near where I live yesterday, I was determined to find something different, or at least a different perspective on some of the huge trees that grow along the river bank.
There is one huge old tree that is hanging on with much determination, in that the river bank has eroded away and yet the roots are still dug in with a firm hold.
I used my 17 - 70 lens at 17mm and a gorilla tripod low to the ground and looking up, to get this perspective on this grand old tree.
