A few action shots for C&C

So, my family were out running what we call "guerrilla" workout. 20 seconds sprint, 10 seconds walking x8. It's a pain. I volunteered to be the one shouting when to run and when to stop - as well as taking some shots of them running. It only takes 4 minutes, so I had just one shot at this. Anyway, afterwards they jumped in the sea - my nephew doing the "bomb" which I think I captured nicely. However, you'll have to judge it

Obviously, the expression is the thing in #1. I cropped it so that he's running into the frame.

A little curves'n stuff and unsharp mask and some dogding / burning in PSE9..

Yes, I think you did capture the "bomb" quite well, I like how we can see the "soup bowl" he's creating, himself sitting in it.
