Thanks!

These flowers certainly are beautiful! 1 and 2 seem to be properly exposed (I could be a little off, I'm on a non calibrated screen). The whites in 3 appear to be a little blown, thus reducing detail. For 4 I would suggest a different angle so you don't get the business card (or greeting card?) in the shot and perhaps have the subject not as centered.

1 and 2 both have out-of-focus flowers in them. It's OK to have part of a flower out of focus to draw attention to the part that is in focus, but an entirely OOF flower is just distracting. 3 is too busy to really be interesting to look at - there is no point of interest - and parts of the flowers seem overexposed. In the last one, the top of the flower is cut off and the white card in the background is distracting, but otherwise a good shot - exposed well and the focus is where it should be.

Orchids have a unique beauty that is hard to capture. These shots IMO are more just documenting them. My suggestion is to move around and play w/ your composition more. The straight on flower shots aren't always the most interesting. Take a close look at the colors and the lines of these flowers and pick an angle that does them justice....=)
Keep shooting!! Post more pictures!!
