I've been working on composition lately. I have been walking around wuth the camera a lot and taking a lot of pics.

I like them. They look pretty good.

The first two don't catch my interest as much as they could. You've followed the right steps, ie. the statue is looking into the frame, but I think you need something more than a blue sky and a statue head.

The second's not bad at all, but you could have done more with the BW conversion - you're not getting the full range of tones that you could. I had a quick go, but it's harder without the original:

Same here. The first two don't do much for me .. 3rd one looks very decent though.

But, i don't know. The first one has potential too. If you would convert it to B&W and frame the statue a lot tighter (i.e. no background around it) it could work very well i think.

All in all: keep it up
