i really am not one to critique but if i could i would edit the 1st one to look old/rustic

You may not be getting many responses because these photos don't invoke an emotional response... they are just snapshots. Perhaps some post processing would stir the pot a little...

Your settings are so messed up. The fence picture is ISO 400 1/2000 f4. What were you trying to accomplish with that photo?

they are all just kinda random and bleh....nothing spectacular really....sry

Well these are random and they do look like snapshots try to think beyond the just point and shoot get creative .. other then that keep shooting.

Yeah, and the bridge pic was done at ISO 400, 1/1600, f/5. F1 and MotoGP shots are done between 1/500 and 1/1500. I suggest you lower the ISO and bump up the aperture between 5.6 and 8 to slow down the shutter speed to 1/200 if shooting static subjects or landscapes like those in your photos.

How do you see the EXIF data on these photos? I can't work out how you know that!

Hi Forkie. you can download the Free Photo Viewer from download.cnet.com.

Once you have this freeware, you download the photo and view it at free photo viewer and you'll see the EXIF

1.
Use more shallow depth of field to isolate the subject. Right now there are too many.
2.
Maybe change the angle a bit so that fence goes from corner to corner. Also the snow is blown out.
3.
A macro lense could possibly bring out some interesting details in the bark.
4.
If possible shoot from a prependicular angle. Maybe try long exposure times to make the water look more interesting.

Thanks Stryker. I shall do that when I get home.

Depends on what internet browser you have. I dont have to download pictures, I just right click on them and select view exif data. Just google EXIF data viewer for whatever browser you use :)
