Photos NOT OK to edit
I was in Chicago for a short weekend and captured some pictures. I am slowly processing them and would like to get some comments and critic. Here's one to start.

Both shots are great, but the first one is the best because, as NancyMorganG said, it shows a unique view of the city. The one of the Bean is cool also, especially the people underneath it - they add a sense of vibrancy to the picture.

Because the Bean is such a commonly photographed landmark, something you could try to make the shot more unique is to capture it from an unusual or uncommon angle. Or maybe position it in the background of the photo so that it is seen more in its context, rather than standing alone. For example, Scott Kelby (in his travel album: Travel Landscape - Scott Kelby) has a picture of the Eiffel Tower taken from underneath some railroad tracks, so that we see the area around it and see it from an unusual perspective. It adds freshness to a shot of a commonly photographed landmark.
