Story behind number 3 ? I see this thumbs are together maybe praying? but other than that looks like he's asleep

He just fell asleep after a reenactment. He had to run about 75 yds.

Nice set, but..
First one- The shadows on his face are distracting (to me at leats)
Second one- Could've tried a different angle and there's sth not right about the composition
Third one- Just funny =)

I edited the first pic. I lightened the shadows on his face a bit, saturated a bit and sharpened.

Thanks for the critique. I agree with you on pic #2. Something definitely is not right. It's distracting. Maybe too busy in the upper left. The edit looks good on pic #1. I can really tell the difference around his nose and ear. The collar looks better too. Pic #3 you had to be there. It was a whole episode. I don't know how he didn't fall over!Thanks again.

Pic 1 is a hit for me, I like the color and DOF.

#1 Could have used a fill flash but it looks like you were a bit far away so it might not have worked, however the shadow is really distracting.

#2 Good idea but you cut off the main subject in focus, the flag.

# 3 Seems soft to me, I like the idea of the picture though. It also could have used some fill flash.
