Heres a few shots I took yesterday.. They are all pretty similar to one and other... C&C is always welcome. I wish I had a bit more DOF in picture 2... Next time.

C&C per req:

1. This has to be just about the most awkward pose that I have seen in a long time. The smile seems more of a grimace. Good lighting, but I would try and get the key ligt up higher to move the catchlight out of the bottom of her eye.

2. Very soft focus, again light placement could use some work, and lose the on-camera flash!

3. Straighten this one up and you've got a nice shot. The strongest of the group IMO.

4. Best lighting, but that key light is still too low. A little more DoF wouldn't hurt.

Just my $00.02 worth - your mileage may vary.

Thanks for the tips John. FYI the on camera flash is on to trigger the other flash.. I have read that it has little affect in the overall image, which is obviously not so true because you can see the catch light from it. Ill have to buy some wireless flash triggers. Thanks!
