Green eyes = easy fix.

#3 is a winner! Crop a little tighter, center her in the frame, and maybe clone out the dog tags.

Sparky, well done on eliminating the green eye effect! Much nicer.
Pet photography with pop-up flash isn't always the best idea, I'm afraid.
(Pop-up flash rarely is a good idea ever...)
