Looking at them on my monitor at work, they look much more yellow/amber than they did at home. I think its a combination of my inexperience with light room, and more importantly, my crappy monitor. Guess I need to start researching monitor upgrades.

I gave it a try, but I don't think it helped a whole lot. I'm using a cheap monitor that came with a long since dead discount computer.

I'm torn between 2 and 4. I really like the movement in 2, but I also like the focus on the eye in 4.

There are also other ones that you can use ... I just mentioned this one as I used to have it.
The express is good if you have a single monitor attached to PC.

After using the Windows calibration I tweaked #4 in LR. I think it looks a bit more natural now, though still a lot of yellow.
Looks like I need to finish watching the LR videos on Lynda.com and look into monitor calibration tools. I really appreciate the critiques and advice.
