Not sure how I'd missed this wreck before, so decided to check it out recently, as it was a rare day where you could just about see the top of Ben Nevis, which is the highest mountain in Scotland. This is one I'll Ilkley revisit in the winter, and it could be worth a few shots with the telephoto too, though I'm not sure there's a good composition without having a boat.

Thanks, the foreground is not very pretty, so I tried to make the most of the leading lines of the seaweed. I tried a few different comps, but I felt this one was the best balanced, though at times like these I do wish I had a 70mm, or 85mm, render the mountains a bit bigger in the frame. As it is I just made do with 35mm.

Thanks, I did have to wait a while as there was a small cruise ship docked nearby, that'd told their passengers about it, so there were a few tourists down. Two of whom decided to park themselves on the rocks just in the foreground to charge their electronics with a solar charger, so that killed any perspectives from futher away.
