Can others edit my Photos

I captured a few sunset shots on Potomac recently. Please provide your C&C. The pictures were taken using 18-135 Zoom on Canon 60D. I can provide technical details if those would help in providing the C&C. I want to improve the technical quality as well as composition. Any advise would be highly appreciated.

The links might need a BB code type link, maybe your hosting site has a click to copy URL and offers a BB code, which youd just paste into the message window. (just a guess as the other board I'm on uses that and I copy frm my flickr acc).

Anyway C&C makes a photographer humble -

And these are just my suggestions. Photography is subjective.
#1 - too much sky and distracting trees due to position. Perhaps move to your right and closer and include the right tree, a little ground and lower angle.

#2 - best, but under exposed - shoot in raw and then you can lighten it up in post processing

#3 - That foreground is distracting with the poles, trees etc. Move closer, shoot between the poles - decent exposure

#4 - very pretty

I too like the second image, the best; others are not bad though

I am copying your images here so that others can see without difficulty

Regards :D

Why did the images not come up in the post?
They copied and pasted as links automatically. To get around it, you can paste them into a plain text editor first, put the IMG tags around them, then copy and paste them from there into here and they'll no longer be automatic links.

When you pasted them, they got truncated, so you posted this:

They need to look like this in order to appear:

Click "reply with quote" on his post and you'll see they're not truncated.

The same thing happens to me when I click and copy the URL of a photo's web page in the browser, then paste it in here between two image tags. I don't usually do that, since I have my photos in a database I built myself, and it provides me with the IMG tags for forum posting automatically. But when I do try the copy paste thing from the URL address of a browser, that's what happens. I've found that the workaround is to paste it into a simple text editor first, then copy and paste it from there.

select grab the bb code and copy and paste everything in the box.
