Probably the last wedding I'll ever attend. Of course I brought the big boy camera.

I didn't shoot much, and didn't bring an external flash this time, but I still was able to capture some professional guest level of images for the couple.

fooling around waiting for the paid photographer to get a shot of the ENTIRE attendance...

hmm, didn't like how that turned out...

OH NO!!!!! I USED POP UP FLASH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

even used it more than just a fill, but for my primary exposure while dragging the shutter:

later I found out 15 angels died as result.

Pretty decent. You got some photos built around good displays of emotion. Good job with showing a consistent, voyeuristic, long-lens, blown-out-background look to these. (Let's call that the CVL-BOB look, for short, mmkay?)

It's a shame, a darned shame about them angels, I tell ya...

I have a friend that was doing weddings here for the longest time but then moved to Germany. She wants to get back into soon now that she's back here in the states, but has a newborn to contend with. She'd be happy to have me shoot second...I'd feel more comfortable that way anyway.

I had a paid shoot with a coworker this weekend but she pulled out today.
