Would like some critique on this environmental shot please!

It is a Gilder at Spode, Stoke on Trent. Sadly Gilding is fast becoming a forgotten art with the Potteries Heritage slipping away.

Nice picture.
I would be tempted to darken the bright areas on the left that pull my eye from the real center of interest

Thanks guys, I find it much easier taking shots like this now I use spot metering, not sure how I ever coped without it!
