Thank you. The "fenced area" is on the old cementary where Clara and Robert Schumann and Beethoven's Mother are buried along with lots of Proferssors of the Bonn University...

Hope the street is finished soon. They did something similar to the road by my mothers furniture store. They did one road then next year the cross road. So, 2 straight years of road rebuilding. Hurt her business bad.

Not only the business. Cities here let the streets rot until the cannot be repaired anymore, then they rebuild. Why? Because they can charge the house owners for rebuilding but not for repair
