In actuality this 747 sits atop the water park building at the Evergreen Air & Space Museum at McMinnvile Oregon. Just side on down those tubes into a pool.
SHOOT! Now I'll have to talk my sister in going by there on our way to the coast next month. That must have been put in within the last couple of years, since it wasn't there the last time I went by that place.
BTW - For those of you who don't know, this museum is the home of Howard Hugh's Spruce Goose. It's a little out of the way, and it's not a big museum like say the National Air and Space museums in DC or the Air Force museum at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, OH, but it's still worth a vist if you're ever in the area.
