Well our Viking range sure looks real nice, BUT I really would not recommend it. I do a lot of asian stir fry stuff and the burners, the way they are designed, only heats up the edges of the pan...not really what you want for stir frying. The oven part is a convection oven and it works really well, BUT it doesn't really keep consistent temp. It seems like the back of the oven ends up being considerably hotter than the front. Overall, for the price tag, I wouldn't recommend it.

We got the matching sage green range, fridge, and vent hood so it all matches and looks really good.
