Moon's overexposed. I would either move a bit to the right and get it more into the tree so the tree is 1. more visible and 2. will tend to turn down the brightness....... or take another image with the moon properly exposed and clone it in or go HDR.

To me, the images suffers from Subject Identity Crisis. Is the moon the subject, or the bridge?



Oh, and it's 13 seconds, not 5.

^^^^^ Do everything he said. I'm not sure what to look at in this picture, the bridge or the moon. Plus, there is absolutely no detail in the moon... just looks like a blob of overexposure.

Wow you guys are Pros! I just realize it is 13sec too, ok I will take note of this. Tyvm.
I have to add that the moon wasn't clear either the whole time I was taking the pictures, that's why I was a little disappointed and labeled it "super moon".

Shutter speed is part of most EXIF data files.
