That is sweet. Crop the top and bottom a little? I don't think you need the tips of the fork.

I tried it in PS and a lot of the symmetry in the composition depends on the distances between the ends and tips of the knife and fork. I used the spoon as a counter-balance. However, I have plans to shoot this setup a few more times, so will incorporate your idea into another shot. It's an interesting concept. Thanks, Mike.
