Well he did say it was a rough year, and it does actually remind me of the time when I let my daughter give me a hair cut.. lol

Robin, what makes the effect somewhat less realistic, is the subtle horizontal banding at the forehead level, which doesn't correspond to the bone structure we kinda expect to see. The highlights, shadows and proportions are more or less correct, but the horizontal banding ruins the illusion (at least for me). However, I admire your ability at pixel-herding. Mine never are so well ordered.
