Sorry, Pheonix, but just not your best efforts. Both pictures look more like stock work then a well composed image. Out of the two, picture 1 is way more appealing.

Flowers always look odd on black backgrounds. The second one is nicer. The exposure is good and the overall photo is technically correct, but the composition is just OK. There's nothing particularly striking about it.
