A trip to Nome, Alaska

I had to go on a business trip up to Nome for the week. I didnt get out as much as I wanted to due to the long hours of work at the site and the lack of a rifle for some of the uncivilized areas.

My favorite is #2 the milepost, the only one I not crazy about is #1, think the tire takes up to much of the foreground

Lovely sunsets....even with that tire in the foreground. I love the B&W of the church....it's rather desolate-looking, my favorite kind of image!! The signpost was too good to pass up.

Well thank you guys and gals.

The thing in the foreground of #1 is actually a large gear that washed up on the seawall. I thought it would add something to the picture, you know, there are lots of sunset photos.
