Even though this part of Texas doesn't have a whole lot going for it in terms of scenery, there are come consolations.

The colours are nice, and you did a good job on the focus for them. The compositions are lacking a bit of "oomph", though. Perhaps if you got in a bit closer to the subjects.

As they are now, I like #3 the best.

i really like #3...but maybe a step to the right and recompose to get rid of branches on right perhaps?... dunno, but i like that one.

i really like these, especially #4 and 6, though i am led to look at the building rather than the hands in 6. Background blur is awesome in the others, and i like the color in all of them.

First impressions, generally not bad, #2 is nice, the background bokeh is nice, but it is almost the same colour as the leaves, so there is no contrast. I like # 3 - obvious the favourite of others as well, so this one hit home. For #4, it would have been nice if the whole branch had been in focus, as well, you have the red bokeh in the background that conflicts with the berries, but it is still a nice image - maybe a closer shot of the berries without so much stem would have made it even better. In #5, the main subject is lost in the trees and the building in the background - actually took me a minute to see what the main subject was - maybe a closer shot would have been in order.

It would seem that the thing to take away from this is to learn to watch your backgrounds better - hope this helps. My 0.02¢ FWIW.
