From what it seems, quite a number of developers here in Malaysia would start on a project and only realize that it'd be unprofitable or go bankrupt when they're already halfway through.

Haha, I don't know if anyone has attempted it. I haven't tried that myself, because buildings like that tend to be hideouts for drug addicts, from what I've heard. :meh: So yeah, one would have to be crazy enough for this. :hail:
