Action-packed koala thread!

[Mattis]

Just kidding. Koalas are actually the opposite of action-packed.
Have some portraits of this little fella!

This was pretty cool. Usually their koalas are behind glass in a climate controlled room. But since it was so hot yesterday they put this guy outside. I was really happy about that, last year it wasn't warm enough for them to do that!

Cute little feller!

Cute little feller!

He's quite handsome, isn't he?^^
Shooting him was pretty relaxing. He just sat in his tree and looked around a little but he didn't move much at all. He's a very professional model ;D
It also allowed me to go down to 1/100s with an unstabilized 300mm lens without having to worry about motionblur.

Nice!

And I swear, as I was clicking the link and the page was loading, I was thinking to myself, "Action packed?? Koalas"

For some reason they always remind me of David Crosby.

Thanks!
Yup, exactly^^ I thought it would be funny to have a weird title like that!
And holy cow, he totally does look like a koala!

Nice shots Mattis. I must confess though that when I saw the title, I thought that "action" and "Koala" weren't two words I would expect to see in the same sentence.

Koalas always seem like they are meditating because they are so slow^^
