Advice and Tips? :D

Hey guys,I've been pretty in to photography for about a year now, but I would still consider myself a beginner. Here are just a couple I've compiled that I've taken. Any tips and advice would be greatly appreciated.They were all shot with an Olympus FE-340 and edited with picnik.com.

Kwl you use the same camera as i do, honestly pics 4 and 5 are really worthy shots, the night shots were great but as you see ...sensors on point and shoots trying to cram light gives extreme noise..i go maximum iso 200 on the fe 340 in order to keep noise down.
