I want to know what's the best camera for a beginner photographer?

what's the best car for a beginner driver?

Your question is too vague and can't be answered honestly.

What's your budget?
What use do you want to get from it, how will you use it?
How much are you willing to learn?

+1!

Dslr, bridge camera, point and shoot....

Its impossible to give you a definite answer everything varies by opinion. I started out on a Pentax Km and I loved it, you however may not. Go to the store hold some, see what feels good to you and if it suits what you want to do with photography!

Let's assume that; You you have never had a fully manual 35mm camera, you already have a fairly nice $99 point and shoot camera, you want to take better pics of your family and things you like, and you might want to make a hobby of it.

There are a lot of nice entry level DSLR cameras that range from $350 on sale to $750 not on sale. My favorite kit right now is a Nikon D3100 with 18-55 mm lens. You can find them on sale <$600.

Best camera for a beginner is a Nikon D3x.

I own a Nikon, 2 Toyota's and a GMC!

Lol Honda and a Pentax :P 92 Prelude!

Da pruuf iz en ad puddiin.....

Oppps, no wait.... wait, wait just a minute, that's was a mistake. That's not the one.... ahh yeah, this one is much better...........

EDIT: Sorry OP, didn't mean to highjack the thread last night. The vino was pouring freely.
