Advise for beginner

I was recently given a pinhole camera kit. I calculated the f stop at 125. I am using Fuji 200 color film, I would like some guesstimates on exposure times.

Also, I am sorting through my stuff for the parts for a very old 4x5 cut film camera. I would like any suggestions as to where to buy and get film processed at a reasonable price.

Hi. I'd try 1/2 sec @f125 for a starting point in daytime. (Like f16@1/200). I get film from freestyle and process in an SP 445, which is great if you don't do a lot of volume. I also get RC paper for paper negatives (processed in dektol) from there. They are quite fun to make. LF is a rewarding pursuit.
