AF-Assist on Flash

The Neewer TT560 is a manual flash that works on any camera, Nikon, Canon, whatever. That means it does not have communication skills to to interface with any specific camera. AF Assist is such a feature that requires that dedicated communication, so you will only find it on speedllights designed for one dedicated camera brand.... i.e., try a TTL flash for the specific camera brand.
